Cathay Pacific Flight CX365 from Shanghai to Hong Kong, operated by B-HUB, was involved in an incident at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on December 9th, 2011. Smoke was detected in the cabin before departure and the Captain ordered an evacuation. There were 351 passengers and 19 crews on board the 747-400 aircraft. A few minor injuries had been reported. B-HUB was delivered to Cathay Pacific in October 1992.
