The Volaris crew who flew the inaugural flight poses in Terminal 4 at FLL at the ceremony. Flight inauguration event and press conference with top officials, executives and dignitaries from Volaris, Broward County Aviation, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau (GFLCVB) and the Consul General of Mexico for the launch of new nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Mexico City. Volaris started two new routes to connect Mexico City with Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) on December 1 2014 and with Guadalajara flights on December 4 2014. Mexico City flights will operate four days a week and Guadalajara flights two days a week.
