The MCAS Yuma Air Show is a signature event for not only Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, but also to the entire city of Yuma. The 2013 MCAS Airshow was appropriately themed, “Saluting our brave and time-honored Korean and Vietnam War Veterans.” The event will encompass static displays from the Korean and Vietnam War eras, modern aircraft displays- to include the first time public display of the F-35B II Joint Strike Fighter, live air performances, and more.

Aero India has already carved a niche for itself globally as a premier aerospace exhibition, with seven successful editions organized between 1996 and 2011. The ninth edition of Aero India was held at Air Force Station, Yelahanka, near Bangalore from 6th - 10th February 2013.. It is favourably poised an exponential growth over previous edition. A rapidly growing economy, defence preparedness challenges and opening up of defence production to private sector, have given a major fillip to the defence industry in India. It has also become a hub centre for defence business in the Asia region.

The Middle East Business Aviation show (MEBA 2012) was held for the first time at the new Dubai World Central’s Al Maktoum International Airport. With a record number of show attendees of more than 7,000. There were 34 executive aircraft on the static display, conveniently located on the ramp just outside doors at the end of the exhibit hall and flanked by major companies’ chalets.

The 9th China International Aviation and Aerobatic Exhibition, also known as Airshow China 2012, held at Zhuhai, south China’s Guangdong province. It is the only international aerospace trade show in China endorsed by Chinese central government. The exhibition has been held biennially for eight sessions since 1996.

The Homecoming Air Show is held at Pensacola Naval Air Station, Florida. A total of 16 officers voluntarily serve with the Blue Angels. Each year the team typically selects three tactical (fighter or fighter/attack) jet pilots, two support officers and one Marine Corps C-130 pilot to relieve departing members. The squadron flies the Boeing F/A-18 Hornet and the Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules.

The 2012 Air Power Day commemorated the 62nd Anniversary of the Korean War and marks the 65th Anniversary of the 51st Fighter Wing and the Republic of Korea Armed Forces. The show features the Black Eagles which is ROKAF's only aerobatic flight team. The T-50's exceptional thrust and handling characteristics, which are consistent at both high speed and low speed, are strong contributors to the special maneuvers Black Eagles perform.

The 49th annual event is the only closed course pylon racing event in the world and is the world’s longest running air race. Six different race plane classes battle just 60 feet from the ground, with the Unlimited and Jet classes reaching speeds over 500 mph! The debut event of the International Air Show ILA 2012 on the new exhibition grounds at Berlin ExpoCenter Airport was an unqualified success. Exhibitor numbers were the highest in the ILA’s 100-year history, with 1,243 exhibitors from 46 countries Over the course of the show vistors were able to enjoy a programme that featured a total of 36 hours of flying displays.
