Image Description:
At the Singapore Airshow 2012, Singapore Airlines transformed the cabin of this B747-400 into a "museum" showcasing the B747's service from 1973 to 2012. After the airshow, this aircraft was given a fresh coat of white paint and the rest of the livery was touched up. On 6 April 2012, 9V-SPQ operated a Farewell B747 flight to Hong Kong and back - suffice to say that both flights were marked by nostalgia and emotions.
