Aircraft Data

The twin-engined short to medium range Regional Jet family pioneered the 50 seater regional jet market. The prototype was based on the CL-601 business jet, but with stretched fuselage and new wings and undercarriage. An EFIS cockpit was also fitted.

The 100 was the initial production version of the Regional Jet. Versions of the 100 with slightly longer range were offered as the 100ER and 100LR.
