Image Description:
The glass cockpit of the space shuttle orbiter "Endeavour" which was the last to receive the upgrade. Here is the view from the location of the flight engineer's seat. The orbiter is being put through a simulation and a data package is being run hence the displays are depicting flight. To achieve this, a team also had to be "on console" in the Launch Control Center at NASA-KSC. This sight is lost to history as all the orbiters have been decommissioned. This was one of the last times that the spacecraft operators did the simulation.
